The minimum space booking period is 1 day.

The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.

Normal vehicular and pedestrian access must not be impeded at any time.

Any cabling must be covered or strung so as to facilitate safe and normal traffic.

Activations must be placed on the paved areas only. Use of park or reserve will require a different permit application. Permits do not give exclusive rights to use of any particular area.

se of any machinery, amplification or lighting must be controlled so as not to constitute a nuisance for others.

No barbecue or other cooking equipment is permitted.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to thoroughly verify immediately before the commencement of activation that the area is safe and appropriate for the proposed use.

Vehicles must be kept legally within car parks or roadways and may not be placed on promenades, paths, beaches or reserves at any time.

Activities may not commence before 7am.

It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and obtain any permits required by authorities other than Council.
