- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- Staff must not eat or drink at the stands
- Vaping and Similar brands are permitted but will still need to be reviewed on a case my case basis.
- All staff must wear suitable branded clothing and a name badge
- Trestle tables and table cloths are not permitted
- Pull up banners are not permitted unless double sided
- All materials should be appropriately fire rated. Minimum Class 0
- A 25% seasonal increase will apply in the months of November and December
