The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
All materials should be appropriately fire rated. Minimum Class 0
Staff must not eat or drink at the stands
All activity must be covered by public and employers liability to the minimum value of £5 million
Vaping and Similar brands are permitted but will still need to be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Music levels and PA systems must be kept to a ‘reasonable’ level as to not disturb retailers or guests
Pull up banners are not permitted unless double sided
Trestle tables and table cloths are not permitted
EV's are permitted.
A 20% seasonal increase will apply in the months of November and December
A minimum distance of 4.5m between vehicles is required.
