- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- Additional Cleaning and Security costs apply, details upon application
- No driving on the grass area, failure will result in £500 penalty fee
- Dependent on venue, event and event duration, damage deposits are charged between £350 and £1,000
- No Smoking/Vaping Brands are permitted.
- All activities across the venues are required to have a Venue Supervisor at £35+VAT per hour, min 5 hours each for setup & derig
- On arrival please report to the Venue Supervisor at the pre agreed time and location.
- All cables must be covered with BDA low profile wheelchair cable ramps
- Events with alcohol (sold or served) must provide appropriate no. of Personal Licence Holders on site at all times
- Limited vehicle access due to high pedestrian traffic along riverside paths, parks, and gardens. Complimentary 1 vehicle access per booking for set-up/de-rig day via drop-and-go. Extra vehicles: £135+VAT up to 8 hrs, £20+VAT/hr, drop-and-go.
- Setup/Derig must occur during booked days only, additional days must be booked if outside of this. Setup/Derig can only occur during set hours, check
- Standard cable ramps are not permitted on any areas the general public have access to but may be used in back-of-house zones.
