- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Friday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- Black ped barrier is compulsory for outdoor builds and not permitted for use inside the Power Station
- No Smoking, No Serving from Glass, No naked flames, No gas cooking. Current BPS owned wooden huts allow limited food prep set up, reheating only with electrical appliances. No cooking from scratch due to Fire and H&S risks.
- Weekend dates cannot be booked individually must be booked Friday-Sunday
- Nicotine activations are not permitted at this site
- RAMS are to be presented 10 days before the start of tenancy for approval
