- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.

- Stakeholder Notification must be sent out to nearby tenants and residents at least 7 days before the activation.
- All activations must adhere to the Council’s Waste Policy. No flyers, balloons, and single-use plastic allowed.
- Event hours must be from 8am to 10pm including bump.
- Bollards removal apply from $300.
- Food sampling must have Streatrader statement of trade.
- All modular and free standing items must have appropriate weights. Only the equipment listed in the approved activity permit can be set up on the day.
- All activity and staff must take place within the designated site only. Staff cannot walk past the lamp posts to engage walking public.
- Area has dedicated fundraising and busking spots (with appropriate permit) which may be allowed to book coinciding with commercial activation dates.
