- The minimum space booking period is 1 day.
- The weekend for this space is from Saturday to Sunday. To activate on a weekend you must book at least 1 of these days.
- Pedestrian access must be maintained on all paths.
- All infrastructure must be set back 1.5m from public footpaths and from trees.
- No pegs can be used on grassed areas
- Activations and events cannot set up on top of Sydney Water’s pit covers on the park.
- Limited power on the eastern side (water side) of the park.
- Access restricted to 6am – 10pm.
- All activity and staff must take place within the designated site only
- Staff fees (4 hrs BI, 4hrs BO) included in rate. If bump hours change, the rate also changes. Loadings apply on weekends and Public Holidays. Other operational costs as well as bond may apply.
- No vehicle movements permitted on timber decking areas without consultation with the venue.
